Default 04 Durango Problems and Im baffled..Help please!!

Good Morning folks. I have a 2004 Durango and it has suddenly had some major issues that I need some experts help on. Let me start by saying that I put a brand new Hemi in it in March so junking this vehicle is not an option. It only has 100k on it and is in spectacular condition. So, now onto the problem..2 weeks ago it alls started, check engine light flashing, not running rough but not going past 3000 RPM (possibly a limp mode because of the flashing engine light?) Hooked up a Snap-on Scanner and found the following codes….
Stored codes
PO 315 No crank Sensor Learned,
PO 335 Crank Position Sensor Circuit,
U 1120 Lost wheel Distance Message,
PO 442 Evap System Medium Leak,
PO 456 Evap System Small Leak,

Pending Codes
PO 300 Multiple Cylinder Misfire

Cleared the codes and it has run super for the last 2 weeks. 200 mile trip on the turnpike and averaged 21.7 MPG running 75+MPH no issues at all until.. Monday night. I went out to start before I left to run with my son and it started fine. I ran in the house and I hear it shut off…Puzzled I go out and start it back up..all good…back in the house and it shuts off again…this time I go back out and start it and stay in it. Ran for about a minute and then the little red lightning bolt lights up (Electronic Throttle Control Problem) and the engine dies. Yesterday I started it, It started hard the first time( maybe cranked for 5 second which is not normal for this vehicle) and ran it for about 2 hours in the morning running errands and its fine but now the check engine light is back on and it flashes intermittently while driving….may be fine for 10 minutes then it blinks for a couple second with the warning chime…then its fine for 30 minutes and does it again.

Does anyone have any ideas what could possibly be going on here. I lost my job and don't have money to keep throwing at this thing. I also can't dump it because it has a brand new Jasper Hemi in it to the tune of 7 grand….I also have a difficult time believing that all these items listed above broke at the same time…. Help me please, the last thing I want is to get stranded someplace with my 7 year old son in the cold!!!

Check the battery very carefully. Seems like low voltage, OR the ground strap was not correctly reinstalled after the engine install.
Cheap to check out.

Thanks for your input Dave. It has a brand new battery in it and I have hooked up a voltage meter during troubleshooting. The voltage never drops below 14.1 while the engine is running. As far as a ground strap, where would I locate that to check its condition or if it possibly came loose over the last 8 months causing these problems.
