Please please PLEASE read the whole thread.
Do not just replace the weatherstrip. It is a bandaid at best.
If you have this issue, the best solution is to replace the intake manifold gaskets *and* the cowl to reduce as much water as possible.
If you *really* just want the gasket, might as well just buy some silicone caulk and caulk the crap out of your windshield and cowl.
Bought a darage door seal and put it with silicon.works good while i have the money for oem part

I'm a little paranoid about this issue, I just bought my Durango, I noticed the cowl I have on there is the old style, I bought a OEM updated cowl for $100 area shipped, comes complete, just need the push pins to hold it in. I was waiting to install it due to I just had a new windshield put in, then day I had new windshield I returned from shop and cowl was at my doorstep. Even though I have the updated cowl going on, I am going to put some clear silicone under the cowl seal to be extra safe. So far I haven't had a issue with the Durango stalling when wet, but I want to be proactive. I would really like to but a air raid intake tube, remove the Hemi hat and possibly fit a engine cover off a charger or similar vehicle to direct water away better on top or even fab my own, ID rather be safe that look pretty lol
Take a hose and put water direct on windshield to make sure you dont get water inside
