Here the problem I been having with this engine when I start up the engine I feel a vibration for a couple seconds and also when I hit the gas while too ... This engine have no oil leaks or coolant in the oil but it taking too much oil where is going I Don't know . Another Problem when it shift to 3 rd gear RMP drop close to idle 1100 RMP and the engine sound like this mmm while it doing this the rmp is surging between 1100 to 1200 rmp (while giving steady lights throttle) then suddenly RMP increase to 2100 to shift to 4 gear .. What's going on any suggest ?

Remove the fan belt and start the engine when cold. And see if the vibration is gone.
