Default exhaust leak

I have an 05 lmy hemi with about 125k on clock, and recently noticed on startup what sounds like an exhaust leak on passenger side. It is noticably on start up but then i dont really hear it. Is this a frequent problem ?? is it a big job to do myself?? if not done right away can it cause engine damage ??

It is most likely exhaust manifold bolts that broke. I replaced mine and it only took about 1 hour.

I also have an 05 hemi with about 125K on it. I've had the same tick coming from the passenger side for at least a year. I'm pretty sure its an exhaust manifold gasket leak or a cracked manifold. The sound also does away once the engine is warmed up. My plan is to leave it alone unless it gets worse.

I have the same problem with my 04. I'm not sure I want to tackle this myself. Is this something the Dealership should repair or can I send it to a local garage?

Local garage as the dealership will most likely charge more for an out of warranty work.
