545RFE Solenoid - Any Major Reasons Against Reman?
I need to replace the solenoid pack on my 06/4.7 Durango. Checking out prices, I can get a reman (full kit, including filters+gasket) for $100 less than OEM, new. ($190 vs. $290).
If the price were say $50 or less difference, I would certainly go with the OEM new, but $100 is a fairly large difference.
Has anyone had any bad experiences with a reman or are there reasons why I should just stick with new? Thanks!
