Default At a loss over P306 Code on '05 3.7L V6

I'm at a complete loss about an issue that I'm having with my 2005 Durango with the 3.7L V6.

Christmas Day 2014, I was driving to my family Christmas and while in route the engine shut off. Fortunately, I was not in heavy traffic and was able to pull into a nearby parking lot. After sitting for about 10 min., it fired back up and ran fine but the Check Engine Light (CEL) came on. I ran the codes with an OBD-II and it said that there was a I got P0335 (crankshaft position sensor) and P0306 (Cylinder 6 misfire) codes. I cleared the codes and it ran fine for about a month.

February 2015, I once again got the same two codes so I changed the Crankshaft Position Sensor. It once again ran fine until November 2015 when I got the same two codes again.

After getting the P335 and P306 codes in November, I changed the crankshaft position sensor again along with the spark plugs. It ran fine again until a couple of weeks ago when it started to get cold again in Illinois.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have been getting the P306 code again. It will start up rough in the morning but once the engine is up to temperature, the engine runs fine. I was thinking that possibly there was crack in the ignition coil on Cylinder 6 causing moisture build-up resulting in a short but the short went away was the engine was up to temperature because of evaporation. So, I changed the ignition coil. It was running fine until the weather went from the single digits back up into the 30s. The P306 code is back. It will start and idle rough first thing in the morning but, once it gets up to normal temperature, it will run fine.

I am at a complete loss as to what the problem may be because it is only occurring with the sixth cylinder. Has anyone else had this type of problem with their Durango?
