Default weak signal from PCM to injectors causing them to leak when warm

I have a 04 Dodge Durango SLT 5.7 HEMI with 174,000 miles when the engine is warm and you shut it off then restart it about 5-10 minutes later it acts like it is flooded so it takes holding the accelerator all the way to the floor to start it. I've read this is caused from one or more leaky injectors, so I pulled all the the injectors out and had them cleaned and pressure tested even when warm and they all passed up to 80 psi. I reinstalled them and still have the same problem so I pulled the fuel rail off and saw that they all leak, I lose all the 60 psi in less than 5 minutes. So I put a noid light on multiple injector connectors and the light is weak compared to what I have seen on other YouTube video tests using a noid light. I think I have a bad PCM but I'm not sue, any help would be greatly appreciated

the noid light and injectors much be matched...depending on the type/resistance of injector to protect the pcm drivers.

do your leak down test with the electrical connectors unplugged...if they still leakdown...replace all the injectors.

its quick and easy; pull the injectors and rail out of the manifold as an assembly...set cups under each injector...prime the fuel system and you can visually confirm if the injectors are leaking. I have done this on the 4th gen trucks as the fuel system will drop pressure but will not empty...and this is considered normal for the new trucks. if no fuel leakage is seen from the injectors, reprime and block off the supply line. if it has an fpr in the fuel rail...check that also.
