Default 2006 Dodge Durango Not Shifting

I was getting the P700 and P705 error codes, so I changed out the solenoid block. Got it all changed out and filled back up and while it was on the jack stands, I wanted to make sure the wheels would spin and everything before I took it all down. Everything was working, got it into reverse, no problem, drive, no problem and I think it may have got enough momentum to shift into third. Hit the brakes and couldn't get the wheels to stop spinning, so I just shut the key off. Fired it back up and now it will shift out of park, but not into reverse or any forward gears. No trouble codes come up, so I'm a little baffled on why it won't go into gear, just seems like I have park and neutral now.

Any thoughts?

Fluid is full. Put 6 qts of ATF+4 after the swap. Reading below the dot when warmed up.

Fixed - The gromet that holds the transmission filter was not seated very good, so it was bleeding transmission fluid past the filter tube and not building pressure. Shifting just fine now.
