Default IOD Fuse Drawing almost a Whole Amp from battery. Any solutions?

Put in a new alpine stereo a couple weeks ago, and a week later, on a Sunday night in Minnesota I go to start my 2009 Dodge Durango and it doesn’t have enough juice to start the engine. So I put a jumper to the batteries and it started up just fine first try. My truck was fine until Thursday afternoon when I go leave for work and it doesn’t start again, and then was ok until the week was over. After doing a parasitic draw test on the battery and pulling EVERY FUSE & RELAY. I find that the IOD 1+2 Fuse is drawing about .70 Amps of power. Can someone help me find out what exactly the IOD Fuse does and how to fix this?

I took the radio and aftermarket harness out and there was no change in the draw from the battery

isn't the IOD system that leaves the accesorries on for 10 minutes or until you open the car door?

i'd say pull the fuse and just not use that system....

It's also power for the dome lights, radio memory, etc.
