Durango fuel pressure
Hello, I have a 2005 Durango 4.7. It shows no fuel pressure at the rail but gas comes out the bleeder hose on the gauge. It will start but I cannot give it any throttle unless I spray starting fluid into the throttle body. I've heard of low pressure but why am I showing none on gauge. I can hear pump come on. It also cranks over funny and wants to pop like a backfire in the throttle body. Thanks

not much to go on.... one possiblitity....whenever i hear bogging...i think clogged exhaust....check for backpressure with a gauge or unscrew the pre cat 02 sensors from the exhaust stream to allow the exhaust to bypass the cats.
