06 noise front and rear

06 noise front and rear
I am hearing noises ?
Front of car seems like I hear it at around 40 MPH hard to explain but Woo Woo sound . Don't hear it all the time.
and from rear, sounds like a bell ringing . doesn't start til I start moving and it is getting louder .
Any Ideas ?
