Default a/c and altitude effect ????

I have posted here a lot about my 06 air conditioner. Its actually been working great for the last year. I live in lower Alabama and we decided to take a trip last week to Chattanooga TN and the mountains. Took the Durango since the A/C was working good. It worked great the whole way but once we got up on top of the mountains, the blower seemed to quit blowing strong and it wasn't as cold. I even switched it to manual instead of auto mode and it still would not blow hard to circulate air. Its July so we are talking about temps in the upper 80s to 90s up on the mountain and 95 degrees on the bottom of the mountain. Then on the way home, the A/c worked fine again. I even stopped at the Walmart and bought one of those quick charges with a gauge just to check and see if it was in the "green" and it was. I haven't put my manifold gauges on it yet because its working fine. Any Ideas????

If the pressure is too high, it could burst the compressor causing a leak of refrigerant fluid. If there is no fluid in the system, then it's going to grind to a halt again. Also bad news. So really, you can look at the AC Pressure Switch as working in the same way as a fuse in an electrical circuit. So under pressure, your air conditioning couldn't work on its 100%. If you observe the same trouble, but at home, maybe a problem is with the air conditioner. Then you should go to air conditioner servicing, for example www.socool.sg/
