Default Engine swap

If I put a 4.7 from an 03 Durango in my 04 Durango which also has a 4.7 will i have to swap anything? Both are 32 tooth and have egr

Should be a direct drop. Check the oil pans carefully but I do not believe there were any changes in them.

I was told if computer wasn't compatible that I could put sensors from 04 on the 03 to fix the problem. Do u know anything on tbis?
