04 dodge durango 2 generation 5.7 reset ECM ??
Yes i need help please .I thinking maybe to reset my ECM but not sure how too or if i need to . I went out 1 day to go and i could not get it out of park gear & ABS ,Brake & engine light came on in the cluster .And my speedometer & gauges all quit working .^ i have no brake light .This all happened all at same time .I did replace the brake switch still no power to brake lights .thanks
Disconnect the negative cable only for 10-15 minutes, then reconnect. That is a hard reset of the control modules on your vehicle.
All the things you describe are related to the instrument control module. They fail and must be replaced, expensive part and the dash is disassembled to do it.
