Default Bad mechanic timing job

Ok this so called mechanic put the tensioner guides on my 4.7 up side down he lost the piston out of the tensioner so he tried to hide make it look its tight he tried to fix as u can see the tensioner came off cause not designed to go in that way how he did it still baffles me well how 🤔 anyway. Its put all back together now the right way and now im getting p0016 code crankshaft cam shaft collation code would this code be generated cause that timing chain was stretch premature?
