Default Durango intermittent dash cluster issue, please help!

Recently bought my 2007 Durango (4x4, SLT) a few months ago. Of course right after the warranty was up it started this issue. <see attached vid>

Never observed this before on any vehicle, dealer was stumped. Had no idea why it would do that and they couldn't get it to do it. Any ideas? Anyone have this happen to them? What's the fix?

Thanks all! Keep the rubber side down!

I was parked while doing the video. It runs and drives fine when it does it. If I turn the truck off and wait a minute it usually stops. It will sometimes start while I'm driving or it starts out doing it immediately.

Odometer flashes "No Bus" when it does it, so, basically, the cluster is losing communication. Might be as simply as a bad connection on the back of the cluster.

Awesome, I hope it's an easy fix then! Thanks, I'll try to fix it.
