Default Spark Plug Issue

Hello, first time posting here, I have a 2005 4.7l Magnum, and decided to swap out my coil packs and spark plugs, when I ran into an issue. I was able to change 7 out with no issues but the last one (back one on the driver side) seems to have some kind of metal or hard plastic sleeve over the spark plug itself, so the wrench can't grip it to back it out. None of the old coil packs show any damage at all and came out fairly easily, so I'm confused on what's going on here. I've never ran across something like this, makes me wonder if its some kind of cheap fix or something. I'm attaching a pic to better explain the situation.

If anyone can help, It would be greatly appreciated 👍

Use something sharp and pointy to poke around in there, and see if whatever that stuff is will break up, then blow it out.......

Success! Turns out it was just a crap ton of dust and dirt. I think the PB Blaster left on it overnight softened it up, I got a socket on it and broke it loose a little then snugged it back up, then blasted all the crud out with my compressor. Putting the last plug in now, thanks for the help everyone!

So glad it was easier than I thought, I got the last plug and coil pack installed and drove it to town and back. Got a few more years now lol
