Default Transmission Grinding

I have a 2005 Durango Adventurer 4.7 with 25000 miles. Recently I started hearing this noise everytime I would put it in reverse. It sounds like gears grinding trying to engage. It finally stops after about one second. I know this can't be good. It also has a lounder than normal click when you put it in park. This park issue may or may not just be me overhearing things but I think this problem is new as well. I took it to the dealership on 06/12/06 and the dealership told me that this is an ongoing problem and that theres nothing they could do about it. They refused to accept my Durango stating that this is normal for the vehicle. Instead they gave me the number for Chrysler, so I called and complained that thedealership couldn't help me. They said there is no bulletins on this matter and they were not aware of the situation. So they had me take it to another local five star dealership and they accepted it. When I took it in they had their transmission guy come and look at the problem and he had never heard of any ongoing problem with this. So if your Durango is doing this please let me know so we can also inform Chrysler about this. As soon as I get my BABY back i'll post the findings if any.
