Default 04 Durango Hemi..K&N Air Charger, yes

New here gang, nice forum. I have new Limited Durango and have done some "stuff" to it. Black, AWD/4WD, a real beauty and best vehicle I have owned.

Yesterday I had a K&N Aircharger system put on for $279 plus $35 install...a steal from a real good shop in Vegas. The performance, look and SOUND of this system is incredible. My hemi can breathe freely and sounds like a V8 was intended. The deal with the Air Charger is that is is the same exact intake as the forthcoming street legal version, but the company is waiting for the emissions certificates to be processed from the "left coast" EPA. When the license is granted, they change the part number on the box and send a certificate to slap under the hood. (wow) Install can be done easily at home in about 2 hours but at $35 I couldn't say no.

They will send me the decal when it comes out so I went ahead and got mine early...maybe the first one on the street.

No check engine lights, no problems at all, a super product. The first Tahoe I passed I stepped on it good and he nearly snapped his neck when he heard the Hemi come to life...I saw him pull into the Dodge dealer and trade his barge in....

NEXT: Magna Flow Dual Exhaust, stainless, due out from the company in 2 weeks. supposed to boost HP 6 to 9%. Superchip tune when it comes out.
