What do you know. Just tried the CD Player and it Looks like a CD is allready STUCK in the CD Player

WTF ????????? I thought CARMAX Looked over all this Sh..[:'(]

I love this thing but this really makes mw want to take advantage of there 5 day return Policy !!!!!!!!!!!

When we first purchased our 04 durango, we had a cd break inside the unit. Needless to say we were pretty pissed cause it would wear down the battery trying to eject the bad one. That happened within a week of buying it. But ours was under warranty so they took it out, put in a new one and shipped the broken one out. Where ever they sent the broke one sent all the cd's back. Since then, we haven't had any issues.

I would bring it in and complain a little. It took 20 min to take the bad one out and put a new one in. No sweat for them.

 

Thanks. I took it back to CARMAX and they are going to have the DEALER Swap the thing out. VERY COOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
