I assume there is a rev limiter on the 04 Hemi Durango, does anyone know where it is set?

 

It is different for each application, in neutral or park it is one speed, while accelerating it is different. Easy to check, stand on it and see where it shuts off at.

 

do this in someones elses truck not yours.any voulenteers?

 

I've done it. it works.

 

better your truck than mine.almost every time i saw some idiot rev his moter up as high as he could it always ends with lots of extra parts jumping around in the head. i know the rev limiter should protect you but like i said as long as it isnt my truck i will try anything you want.

 

its only 4k or so in park or neutral
