Own a 2005 with <50K miles. Just had to replace the blower motor resistor because the air went out (still had heat). Discovered the ground wire plugging into the resistor has insulation burnt off! It's connecting point in the resistor is melted! This is a problem that will reoccur until Chrysler makes a fix/has a recall. The resistor is a dealer part that is sold for under $20.
