Default any clue?

changed thermo housing gasket and thermo....thought there was a leak from there...not the case its leaking from a small hole under the thermo housing.dont know what this hole is....water pump is working fine so why would it be leaking if some sort of pressure relief?also has a hissing and gurgling from under the plenum somewhere....

yep...housing gasket and thermostat.....thought the leak was from there...but there is a small hole under the housing....the car ran hot the other night because of a wire shortage(harness in the pulley)got the wires right now the hole leaks.....and it seems to be gurgling from under the plenum......is this hole a relief for a bad water pump?the pump is working fine ....so what could it be?

you can actually see it coming from this hole under the housing....leaking from the bottom of the car...
