2.7 engine stops while moving
I have a 2000 dodge Intrepid 2.7 190k. Yes I am one of the lucky ones. Lately the car seems to stop at random times. Once was on the expressway and another was right in town. It will restart with some resistance when you pull over to the side of the road . I tend to think it might be a fuel filter or fuel pump. I have replaced the crank sensor however it was some time ago. Any ideas?

Try and unplug the MAP while its malfunctioning (or if you have a scan tool with real time, you can monitor it). If it sticks, the engine can be a #@!! to start! If unpluged, it should start up, but not have any great preformance (as this is a limp home mode).
