engine is 2.7 , white paint, dark gray/blak interior

I need the heater control motor that opens/closes the door for heat/cool. located behind the dash just above the floor, below the heater core. Also could use a blower motor resistor. My fan just started only working on high. How much for these and shipping to 50264. Thanks
