Hi, all

The HVAC will only blow out the top vents on my '98Concorde. I looked under the dash and can see the diverter valve switching when I hit the buttons on the control panel, but no matter what setting it's on, it only blows out the top vents.

Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

Every time I've seen this, it has been a vacum leak
