Hello all, I have a starting issue with my wifes 2001 dodge intrepid 2.7! I have put new o-rings on the injectors no leak down noted, I don't have a gauge but the exhaust smells fine no idication to me being rich, and no CEL. Any idea's as to what is causing this maybe a bad cam position sensor?

Then click on the link 2nd Gen LH service manual
from there you can download parts 1 and 2 of the manual.
You will need Adobe.
If your cam position sensor is bad, would the check engine light come on?

Car has developed a miss at idle very suddle could not be anything ignition so I'm going to check the TPS and the IAC today.

 

Thermostat perhaps?
