Default Intrepid 2004 2.7L hose/tube broken, help!

I was replacing spark plugs on my 2004 intrepid and accidentally broke one of the hose/tube. Can someone tell me what hose/tube that was broken by me and how can i fix it? Below is the link to see the image of the broken hose/tube in red circle. Thanks -- Ed

It’s the “speed control servo vacuum line.” It is used for cruise control I would just get a piece of hose that fits snug, and put it in-line to he break. Then use a bit of silicone glue at both joints to ensure a good seal.

ever since the “speed control servo vacuum line” broke. I haven't start the car yet. do you think it would be safe for me to start the car without damaging any components?

It shouldn't hurt anything but its always a good idea to cap off the supply side (little rubber cap at auto store for under $1). This way you don't suck anything into the intake mainifold and you don't have a loss of vacuum to other systems (even small leaks add up and if you have others, it may effect the total at low RPM's).
