Default stumped

My son and I replaced engine in 2000 dodge intriped because the one in it blew up. It had 2.7 and we replaced it with 3.2 engine. The problem is it will not start, it will start when I spray starting fluid in the venturi. After that burns it stop. I suspect that injectors are getting fuel. I do not know that much about the way injectors work. I know the fuel pump works we can hear ir run. We toke of the fuel line and fuel spray all over and I turn ingnition on we got alot of gas. Any thoughts on what could be wrong would be helpful. The problem was the crankshaft sensor wire was cut, that was replaced and engine started up.

I assume you changed to a 3.2L controller? Was the 2.7 an NGC controller? The 3.2 is a JTEC controller. If you changed controllers, the fuel injectors will notfire unless cam and crank is seen. You are going to need a scan tool to figure this out.
