Hello,

I was driving my intrepid on the highway this morning, when I heard a dragging sound and I was pretty sure I knew what it was. Sure enough when I parked to take a look the black shield? under the front part of the car was hanging down to ground.

My questions are:
What is that piece actually called?
What can I do about it?
