Power window

When i put the window all the way up, it makes a crunch, like it is trying to go past it's travel. How do i adjust this?

99 intrepid 2.7, still running at 103,000 miles.

I don't know how you can fix that, I replaced the motor and regulator in my front drivers side door and the noise went away for a couple weeks then came back...
