So my 2004 Intrepid won't start, its probably close to -20 out for the last few days we usually get her started though for the last few years we've had it. This morning we tried to start it and it just makes a whirring noise. Its been plugged in for three hours now and same deal :/. What do I do?

 

Check the battery, my battery did that last year when its -30ish.
