Default 2003 intrepid prob with cruise control and engine starting

Hi, is there anyone had encounter the same problem as me. The cruise control light comes on for like 5 seconds and go off and cant be used? Previously was after the car travelled for quite some time, cruise goes off by its own and would not come back on. Also the engine is unable to start normally after the car is going to be restarted in a jiffy after a quick stop. This will not happen if the car has completely cool down. Does the above scenarios point to a weak battery?

What does it do on a quick restart? Crank fine with no fire or crank slow?

i had the PCM sent away for alot of problems like stalling and irregular acceleration but just check through the ignition system such as wiring, plugs, coils, etc. the coils will get some corrsion on it over time just take them out and then use a soft wire brush to clean them
