Default NEED Help! 04 intrepid will not start.

I have a 04 intrepid... Will not start... Replaced both the camshaft position sensor and Crankshaft sensor... Still wont start... Car turns over but wont catch. Tested power to the top of motor with volt meter... seems to get charge when turning over.. fuses all good... check fuse box has power... changes alternator didn't help so i took it back. AS of now 2 days and I have no clue as to why the vehicle wont start.. all this the day I was going to take the vehicle for J18 recall <-------- crankshaft position sensor.

Things i checked.

Alternator
battery
Camshaft sensor
Crankshaft sensor.
power to coils.
power to come
Fuses
fuel
Belts
Can hear pump turn on<------- so doubt thats the issue
All fluids a ok.

Fixed in past:

Camshaft sensor
Transmission Throttle body.

Have the following codes

P0016 <----- replaced
P0700<---- tranny control mod
P0016 <--------- replaced
P00871<--- Trans Pressure sens

Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

Tell me please! How did you check the crankshaft and camshaft sensor?

I just replaced them both... ? But you can use a volt meter to check the Solenoid and the cable. Should be 5 volt on the cable and .2 ohm on the solenoid. any how I replaced both and It still will not start. Things that I think might have gone... Likely the timing belt. fuel pump or one or more of the coil packs. I'm leaning to the toward the timing belt is going.. in which case... Am I going to have to replace the valves too, I here these can get pretty messed when the belt goes ?
