Default Start Hesitation

99 2.7L 70,000 M . For the last few months I will try to start the car and nothiong will happen. Sometimes takes as long as five minutes for car to start sometimes starts right away. No starter clicks or nothing. Had battery and starter tested on intersate tester and everything was fine

Any info you be great

check to see if positive battery cable is making a bad coonection pretty common for corrosion build up due to were battery is located in right side wheel well area.
