Hello I have 1999 dodge intrepid es with the 3.2L V6 and I am having a problem with the cooling fans they wont come on I have replaced the 40 amp and 30 amp fuses on the fuse block the fan work for a while after replacing then I went for a short drive and checked it again the fan wont come on and it has popped both the 30 amp and 40 amp again what could be the problem Thanks in advance
