I have a problem with my charging system. I have a 2000 dodge intrepid 3.2 liter. I have replace the alternator and the pcm and the battery still will not charge. i put my meter the the battery and i'm only getting 11 too 10 volts. what would be the next step or what do you advise?

Ck grounds and ck output wire from alternateor.

Did this start after a jump start attempt (especially if the jump wires were crossed)?
