Default ABS and Brake light on...Does not have ABS!

A short time ago my Brake and ABS lights came on.
I do not have ABS! Lights come on shortly after engine is started and stays on.
I have no problems with my brakes or master cylinder. It seems like some sort of electrical glitch or BCM matfunction (especially since the car is not equipped with ABS)

Has anyone ever had this problem?
Any solutions that doesnt cost 800 dollars to fix??
Appreciate any help I can get on this. This happened about 1 year after it was converted.

2004 Intrepid SE 2.7L converted to 3.5L

I thought they all had ABS. I guess the cheapest fix is to remove the light or cut the wire to it :-)

I assumed it did have ABS until I did the first brake job.
No speed sensors!! The though has crossed my mind to pull the bulbs...but I dont like doing things that way. BUT, if it costs big dollars to correct...Ill pull em!!

Went on dodgeintrepid.net and no one has ever heard of this happening before.
