New fuel filler and vent tube, one-way valve, and tank filter have all been added to no avail. What next?

 

We have noticed that the Intrepid takes on fuel slowly if the tank is near empty. When the tank is 1/4 or 1/2 full before refueling it takes on fuel at the normal rate. We will monitor this for a few weeks and see if the phenomenom continues.
