Bleeding Cooling System 2.7
crack the bleeder screw on the upper water outlet. keep topping off the coolant in pressure bottle keep bleeder screw open until coolant flows out consistently. then all the air will be out of cooling system.
Where I work, we have a machine that uses a vacuum to evacute the system. We just switch the valve while the system is empty since it hold the vacuum and it sucks in the new coolant. If that bleeder valve doesn't work, run the car around a couple miles and then check the level again... make sure you turn the hearter on for a while so the fluid from there circulates through too.
