I am out of ideas I have read a lot on this forum but have not had any luck with this problem.the engine was just rebuilt and I have not been able to drive it at all.

My engine will run and idle until it warms up when the temp of the motor gets to 204* the radiater fans come on the engine stalls and wont start untill it cools down.
the only code I have gotten was p0134 1/1 o2 sensor.

I have replaced the IAC,crank sensor, and cam sensor.
I checked the map sensor and I get 1.8 to 2 volts at idle.
the tps seems to ohm out ok as well as the air temp sensor
