Unhappy 2004 Intrepid rough idle now while driving too

For the past few months my car would idle rough every now and then. My car has been hooked up for diagnostics twice since this started because of thermostat problems and no other codes showed up. It has been getting worse so I replaced spark plugs. It was fine for 3 days and now has gotten much worse. It was just doing it when idling while stopped in drive and now today is is doing it will driving. It has not died at all, just acts like it is going to, but the RPM's do not drop except very little occasionally. I also put a fuel system cleaner in the gas tank to see if that helped and so far it appears to have only gotten worse. Any ideas??

I have already replaced thermostat, radiator, and water pump in the last year.. hoping for a cheaper fix than those!!!

The only ones the shop ever told me was that it was the thermostat... I havent taken it in yet for this problem since it has gotten drastically worse. Was planning to tomorrow, but wanted to try to prepare for it.
