02' intrepid code p0352 update
My many thanks to TN Tech for responding to my last post on the charity repair I'm doing on this 2002 Intrepid. I did as you suggested and replaced the number 2 cylinder injector with the number 4 cylinder injector. Even though I turned off the service engine soon light, it came back on immediately after starting the car with the same code P0352. However, maybe I found the problem. I found evidence of coolant which had pooled around the injectors from some previous leak especially the front two cylinders, and the original owner said they had the T stat replaced. The coolant wasn't there when I removed the intake today, but the number two cylinder injector wire connector had some exposed copper wire on the Light Green wire about 1/8th inch from the connector, which I sealed with silicone. But I believe this exposed section was submerged in coolant which could have given a path to ground and shorted the reman PCM that the original owner installed. Most likely, it shorted the OE PCM before that. My last check is to see if the PCM is sending a signal to the number two cylinder injector, but I believe it isn't and should be replaced. Once again, if it isn't too much trouble, I'd be grateful for any input or thoughts on this, TN Tech, thank you so much!!!
