Default Bad??? program or am i missing something!!!

Heys fellas got a 99 intrepid. Got a trouble of 0204 and 0304. Ok so i replaced the injector and plug in the #4 cylinder and reset dtc's. So now i get a 0204 only.

Here's what iv'e done so far
replaced injector
replaced spark plug
checked voltage at the injector plug. reads 13.76v running motor
visual on the wires looks good no bad spots and or pinches
Brand new PCM from dodge dealer programmed
Now it didnt have this problem before the PCM in stall the worksheet said PCM replaced, programmed, and car ran. and they said oh btw you have a check engine light on.
not sure what to do next

any help input is greatly appreciated thank you .....Michael

Who told you that you should replace the PCM?

If it's just ONE injector setting a code, it's specific to that circuit. You only have ASD supply which is the power, and ground side which is PCM controlled.

I've seen wires broken INSIDE the insulation close to the terminals on many, many different things. Will drive the average person nuts throwing parts at it.
