I have a 99 es 3.2 and I have had to change the ECU 3 times in the last month. It will be running fine and all of a sudden it will not crank and my scanner will not read the ECU. Change it and flash the new ecu and it starts and runs fine for a few days and then shuts down again. I have the feeling that it is something with the anti theft but right now pretty much stuck.
