Default 1998 dodge intrepid issue

The car will not start every time, when the car does start the fan does not turn on, I have no power windows and no turn signals. Any suggestions?

1998 dodge intrepid. 97,000 miles. 2.7 motor. I sometimes turn and hear a click. Sometimes it will start. The times it does start I have no blower, no blinkers, or no power windows.

Have you had the battery tested? Checked and cleaned battery connections? Checked the fuses? Start with the basics.

The battery is about 2 or 3 weeks old.

Ok. The other stuff I mentioned? It's easier for you to state what you have done so far On your own instead of me guessing or offering suggestions you have already tried.

I did not clean the battery connections when I changed the battery. I checked all fuses there goid. I changed ignition lock cylinder and was doing sane thing. Thats about all I tried.
