Default RE: headlights

The Intrepids have historically had this problem. I have a 1994 sedan (not ES) with poor headlights. They look sharp, but the light pattern on the road is terrible.
I went to the higher wattage 9007 lamps (I think 65/55 watts) without any wiring problems. Check your headlight wire gauge before any wattage upgrades. I've heard nasty rumors of car fires. I also replaced the headlight assembly, hoping to get a better designed internal reflector. A little improvement as before.
If you replace the headlight assembly, be careful of closing the hood too hard, as I've had the lower mounting screw tab broken off by someone slamming the hood too hard. Make sure the plastic hood height adjusting screws are high enough.
Here is the site from where I purchased the replacement headlamp assemblies.
