Default Leaking on driver side floorboard on a 99

99 Intrepid...again. It's been leaking water on the driver side floorboard. The carpet is completely soaked wet.

Is there anywhere in I should start looking first?

Since the heater core is located behind the dash and center, that's where I'd look first. As long as it water/antifreeze, that's your problem.

Was it wet due to rain (after a storm)? If it has the antifreeze smell, check the level of fluid. If it's not from the coolant, it could be the drain (very common for all vechiles) in the chiller/heater box is pluged up. As a matter-of-fact, this is also common in homes, and to prevent overflow, now most home systems have a "cutout switch".
