Default Turn signals / hazard flashers busted

99 Intrepid, the turn signals and hazards aren't working. For a while they worked intermittently and then they would go on just once when activated. I opened up the electronic flasher and cleaned the contacts. This made them work for about 15 minutes, then back to as before. I went out and bought a generic 5-pin solid state flasher (EP-27) and when I plug it in it didn't even go once like before. Then I plugged in the original flasher and it too doesn't even do the single flash now. I took a look at the wiring at the multi switch and everything is plugged in OK. I suspect that it is the switch but I don't want to drop the coin and find it is something else.
Any thoughts and is there a downloadable source for the wiring diagram?
Thanks,
JamesB

Look up!! At the top of this fourm is a post called the holy grail. It is a complete factory shop manual (worth about $100) including the wireing digrams you want (and a lot of common trouble shooting ideas)
