1. Prepare to be flamed

2. You can get the srt fmic A LOT cheaper on forums. (60 shipped)

3. From what people tell me you can make it work but you have to customize the piping.

I have a srt-4 turbo and exhaust manifold on hand...im gathering other parts for the build and I was just wondering if that intercooler will fit into the front. I've heard with some fmic's you have to remove the front crash bar (or bumper?)...i dont car If i have to remove it or not really...i just dont want to buy a intercooler that wont fit...and this intercooler is much bigger than a stock intercooler and for a great price...im not worried about the plumbing....just the intercooler fittment...

buy an intercooler that would fit an srt-4 not just a knockoff universial intercooler, and dont get the monster ic's for the srt-4 either cause it wont fit very well. just get a stock srt intercooler or direct fit ic

the stock srt intercooler will fit but you have to cut big holes in the radiator support, but its ok it doenst compromise the support itself

Yeah you can find SRT intercoolers for shipped for much much cheaper than that. Look around on this forum and the srtforums.com before you buy one off ebay.

Man...the stock intercoolers just look so small compared to all the ones I see on ebay...i'd rather have a big one...like this....

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SRT-4...em250101701299

can a larger one fit?? or is everybody running tiny ones??

Yes that will fit, but why do you want to spend the extra $$$ to get a bigger one. Just search around and try and find a stock srt ic. They work just fine. Unless you have many mods and say a stage 2 turbo then the standard ic is fine. If you go big then the bigger ic would be a nice UPGRADE but for the stock srt turbo just get a stock ic. My opinion, but to answer your question..yes that ^^^^^ ic will fit.

no reason to have such a big intercooler. the srt one will suffice, and the big ones will just give you a ot of turbo lag. if you are worried about cooling, get a CO2 or NO2 sprayer
